The winner must be 18 years old. Participation in the competition is subject to acceptance of these terms and conditions. The organiser reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition without giving reasons in the event of suspected manipulation, multiple participation or violation of these conditions of participation.

The winner will be chosen from all participants in the above-mentioned period. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message within 3 days of the end of the competition. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours of being notified, the claim to the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected. This winner must also respond within 24 hours. Participants are responsible for the accuracy of the contact details provided. Participants who provide incorrect personal data will be excluded from the competition.
The organiser is not liable in any form for direct or indirect damages resulting from participation in the promotion, unless these are due to gross negligence or wilful misconduct for which the organiser is responsible. The above exclusions/limitations of liability shall not apply in the event of culpable injury to life, limb or health, for liability claims under the Product Liability Act or in the event of fraudulent concealment.
By sending the image, video and/or text, you declare that you are the owner of all necessary rights to the image/video/text you have posted. In this respect, we expressly draw your attention to the fact that the publication of photographs/videos/texts on a website constitutes distribution within the meaning of copyright law. You are therefore only permitted to distribute such material if you are the author of the photograph/video/text or if the author has granted you the corresponding rights of use. You therefore undertake to send only those images/texts for which you hold all the necessary rights and whose use and/or content does not violate legal regulations or the rights of third parties.
If claims are made against DRYKORN by a third party due to an alleged infringement of property rights based on your photos/videos/submissions, we are entitled to delete these submissions immediately. In such a case, you are also obliged to indemnify DRYKORN against these claims upon first written request. DRYKORN is not authorised to make any agreements with the third party, in particular to conclude a settlement, without your consent.
You can object to the storage and use of your data at any time. To do so, please send a short e-mail to [email protected]. Upon request, DRYKORN Modevertriebs GmbH & Co. KG will provide each participant free of charge with information about all personal data that has been stored and will destroy it immediately free of charge on request. For this purpose, an informal message by e-mail or a sufficiently stamped postcard to DRYKORN Modevertriebs GmbH & Co. KG.
Legal recourse is excluded.
Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the legal validity of the remaining conditions of participation. They shall be replaced by an appropriate provision that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provision.
