It may differ visually from its original condition, but it will carry on your story, thereby turning it into your very own unique piece. Natural materials, such as wool, are prone to pilling. Although pilling is almost impossible to prevent, it is easy to fix. With a fabric shaver, you can quickly treat most fabrics and restore them to their former glory.

Repairing knitwear is the highest art form of textile repairs. If knit is not repaired with absolute precision and attention to detail, the repair will be visible and disturb the smooth look of your knit piece. That’s why we have teamed up with Kunsto from Bayreuth for the ancient craft of invisible knitwear repairs. We are convinced of their work and their repairs meet DRYKORN's quality standards. If you send a damaged DRYKORN knitwear item to us, we will have it repaired there. If you also want to have other, non-DRYKORN knitwear repaired, we can highly recommend Kunsto. Follow the simple process on Kunsto to give your knitwear a second life. If you are outside of Germany, feel free to contact Kunsto to check if they offer their service for your country.
In Germany, clothing is covered by a two-year statutory warranty. This only covers defects that were already present at the time of purchase. Damage caused by improper use or normal wear and tear is excluded.
If you discover a material defect within the first year, it is assumed that it was already present at the time of purchase. The seller must prove the opposite. After this first year, the burden of proof lies with you.
