Die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel ist ausschließlich zu den hier aufgeführten Bedingungen möglich. Mit der Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel erkennt der Teilnehmer diese Teilnahmebedingungen ausdrücklich an.
Der Veranstalter behält sich das Recht vor, das Gewinnspiel jederzeit und ohne vorherige Ankündigung sowie ohne Angabe von Gründen zu ändern, anzupassen oder zu beenden. Hieraus können keinerlei Ansprüche abgeleitet werden.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PRIZE DRAW
DRYKORN | Reischmann
1. Organiser
The organiser of the prize draw is DRYKORN Modevertriebs GmbH & Co. KG, Rudolf-Diesel Strasse 1a, 97318 Kitzingen, Germany, email: [email protected], in cooperation with Reischmann GmbH & Co. KGaA, Kirchstraße 2-6, 88212 Ravensburg, Germany.
2. Prize Draw
The prize draw takes place as part of the promotional days at the following Reischmann locations: on 18 September 2026 at Reischmann Mode Kempten, Klostersteige 9-11, 87435 Kempten, and on 17 October 2026 at Reischmann Mode Kempten, Klostersteige 9-11, 87435 Kempten, and Reischmann Mode Memmingen, Maximilianstraße 12-18, 87700 Memmingen. All valid entries from all of the promotional days and locations specified above will be included in one joint prize draw.
3. Eligibility
Eligible participants are natural persons aged 18 or over who are resident in Germany.
Employees of DRYKORN and Reischmann, their relatives, and all companies and persons involved in conducting the prize draw are excluded from participation.
4. Participation
To participate in the prize draw, participants must enter their email address on the designated entry form at the respective participating Reischmann location on one of the promotional days specified above and indicate on the form whether they would prefer a Menswear Look or a Womenswear Look in the event of winning. The completed entry form must be placed in the prize draw box located at the checkout area.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Participation in the prize draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The organiser reserves the right to exclude participants from the prize draw without giving reasons in the event of suspected manipulation, multiple entries, or a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
5. Prize
A total of two DRYKORN Looks will be awarded: one Menswear Look and one Womenswear Look. Each prize consists of a three-piece DRYKORN Look (top, jacket, and bottoms). The Looks available as prizes are selected and determined in advance by DRYKORN. The winner may choose from the pre-selected Looks available for the respective category (Menswear or Womenswear). The selection is subject to the availability of the respective items and sizes. Information about the available Looks and options can be obtained from staff at the participating Reischmann stores.
The prize is non-transferable. Cash payment or exchange of the prize is excluded.
The prize must be redeemed within one month of notification at one of the participating Reischmann stores in Kempten, Ulm, or Memmingen. The place of redemption is independent of the participating location at which the winner entered the prize draw. If the prize is not redeemed within this period, the entitlement to the prize will expire without compensation.
6. Winner Selection
After the end of the final promotional day on 17 October 2026, two winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received across all of the locations and promotional days specified above. One Menswear Look will be awarded among the participants who selected a Menswear Look on the entry form, and one Womenswear Look will be awarded among the participants who selected a Womenswear Look. The draw and notification of the winners will be carried out by Reischmann by email.
If a selected person does not respond within 7 days of notification, the entitlement to the prize will expire and a new winner will be selected.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that the contact details they provide are correct. Participants who provide incorrect information may be excluded from the prize draw.
7. Limitation of Liability
The organiser shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from participation in the prize draw unless such damages are caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct on the part of the organiser.
The above limitations of liability do not apply in the event of culpable injury to life, body, or health, to claims under applicable product liability law, or in cases of fraudulent concealment.
8. Data Protection
The personal data collected as part of the prize draw (email address) will be processed by DRYKORN and Reischmann on the basis of the participants' consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) solely for the purpose of conducting and administering the prize draw.
The data will be used solely for selecting and contacting the winners, will not be disclosed to unauthorised third parties, and will be deleted after the prize draw has been fully completed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Participants may withdraw their consent at any time with effect for the future and object to the storage and use of their data. A simple notification to [email protected] is sufficient.

9. Right to Amend
The organiser reserves the right to modify, adapt, or terminate the prize draw at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons. No claims may be derived from this.
10. Final Provisions
Legal recourse is excluded.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.

2. Prize Draw
The prize draw takes place as part of the (Soft) Shop-in-Shop Opening on 10 October 2026 at Voorwinden in 's-Gravendeel, the Netherlands. Participation is only possible on site on this promotional day.
3. Eligibility
Eligible participants are natural persons aged 18 or over who are resident in the Netherlands.
Employees of DRYKORN and Voorwinden, their relatives, and all companies and persons involved in conducting the prize draw are excluded from participation.
4. Participation
To participate in the prize draw, participants must purchase at least one DRYKORN item at Voorwinden on 10 October 2026, retain the corresponding receipt as proof of purchase, complete the designated entry form in full, provide their email address, indicate on the entry form whether they wish to enter for the Womenswear prize or the Menswear prize, and place the completed entry form in the prize draw box on site. The organiser may request the receipt to verify eligibility.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Participation in the prize draw constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Each participant enters for the prize category (Womenswear or Menswear) indicated on their entry form. Each winner may select an outfit from the corresponding DRYKORN Womenswear or Menswear outfits and items available at the Voorwinden store in 's-Gravendeel at the time of redemption. The selection is subject to the availability of the respective items and sizes in store. If a selected outfit has a total retail value of less than EUR 250, the unused difference will be forfeited and will not be paid out, credited or otherwise compensated.
The prizes are non-transferable. Cash payment or exchange of the prizes is excluded.
Each prize must be redeemed at Voorwinden in 's-Gravendeel within one month of notification. If a prize is not redeemed within this period, the entitlement to that prize will expire without compensation.
