Natural materials, such as wool, are prone to pilling. Although pilling is almost impossible to prevent, it is easy to fix. With a fabric shaver, you can quickly treat most fabrics and restore them to their former glory.

There is a story behind every tear or lost button. It would be a shame if a piece was simply thrown away because of such minor damages. With just a few simple steps, you can often turn a broken garment into a fully functional piece of clothing that will stay with you.

Needle and thread are not your thing? Local tailor shops will mend small tears, loose buttons or broken zippers at low cost. Pay them a visit and support local craftsmanship.

Know your rights

In Germany, clothing is covered by a two-year statutory warranty. This only covers defects that were already present at the time of purchase. Damage caused by improper use or normal wear and tear is excluded.

If you discover a material defect within the first year, it is assumed that it was already present at the time of purchase. The seller must prove the opposite. After this first year, the burden of proof lies with you.

Did you discover a material or processing defect in one of our products?

If that’s the case, we recommend the following procedure:

Here's how to proceed:

  1. Contact the seller of the product and ask for help. *
  2. Keep your proof of purchase handy for easier communication.
  3. After checking the defect, the seller will show you possible options.

Note: The seller will decide whether a repair or replacement is possible. If neither is an option, you can request a refund.

Your address for defects:
[email protected]

What we will need from you:

  • Item number and product name
  • Digital proof of purchase
  • A photo of the entire product
  • Photos showing the defect and the affected area
  • A photo of the care label with the care instructions
  • Details of the washing program used, the spin speed and the detergent

The further process:

  1. We will take a close look at the defect.
  2. We will then contact you as soon as possible.
  3. In the event of a material defect, we will arrange for a repair or send you a replacement product.

* Please note that you should always contact the seller from whom you purchased the product. For purchases in our physical stores, please contact our store staff directly.
