As a “Product Management Assistant” you will ensure that all processes run smoothly and act as an interface between Product Data Management and our other departments. You will support your team in all administrative matters. From trend scouting to the absolute highlight: the seamless handover of the collection to sales.

• You support the product management team in planning, developing, and implementing new collections
• You are responsible for managing product master data and maintaining product information in our systems
• You are the contact person for the other departments and thus ensure a smooth process
• You support administrative tasks such as scheduling and invoicing as well as communication with suppliers

• You have successfully completed your vocational training or possess a comparable qualification
• You have already gained initial professional experience in the fashion industry – though this is not mandatory
• You have a solution-orientated mindset and a structured and independent way of working

For our location in Berlin, we are looking for a full-time Sales Advisor (f/m/d) who supports our team on site with initiative and enthusiasm. Direct sales to our end customers is an important pillar of our sales strategy. In addition to the online shop and concessions, our own retail plays an important role here.

As “Sales Coordinator Womenswear (m/f/d)” you will work with the DRYKORN sales team on all sales related activities of the DRYKORN collections. From telephone customer support (B2B) to the product range design of our key accounts.

• You will provide professional support and advice to our retailers in the womenswear sector
• You will support and in some cases be the direct contact person for our area sales team
• You are responsible for preparing market and customer analyses, as well as monitoring and reporting sales figures for the associated customers
• You take part in collection handovers and customer events and represent DRYKORN
• You take care of general administrative tasks
• You actively sell our goods on the phone and advise our retailers professionally
• You take and enter orders and process customer inquiries about complaints and returns
• You provide support with order appointments
• You work closely with our womenswear sales team

As Sales Coordinator Retail (m/f/d) you are our face to the outside world and represent DRYKORN in our stores. Your role is to ensure that our customers feel comfortable and enjoy a pleasant shopping experience. You present our products in an appealing way and ensure that our brand identity is clearly recognizable. With your help, we create an inviting atmosphere that welcomes everyone and invites them to shop.

Responsibilities in the Visual Merchandising area

• You develop seasonal concepts and are responsible for their organization and implementation at the POS
• You create a visual merchandising guideline for retail, consignment pop-up areas and wholesale
• You support the management of all SIS (store in store) and retail areas, including seasonally changing themes

Responsibilities in the Trade Marketing area

• You organize and conduct training for our own retail, consignment and wholesale areas
• You are responsible for staff deployment planning for consignment and pop-up areas
• You are in direct and regular communication with those responsible for the POS areas
• You are in close contact with our retail agencies regarding all POS topics
• You develop possible pop-up concepts and are responsible for their organization and implementation at the POS

Du hast die Chance als Praktikant*in im Bereich PRODUKTMANAGEMENT & DESIGN HAKA (w/m/d) einen kompletten Kollektionszyklus zu begleiten, erleben und mitzugestalten. Du unterstützt das DRYKORN Produktmanager und Designer Team im Bereich Menswear in allen kreativen und administrativen Tätigkeiten.

• Du brainstormst zusammen mit dem DRYKORN Produktmanager und Designer Team für die DRYKORN Menswear Kollektion
• Du bist für die Erstellung und das Anlegen von Skizzen sowie die Pflege der Styles zuständig
• Du bist die Schnittstelle zu allen relevanten und angrenzenden Abteilungen
• Du arbeitest bei der Erstellung der Mood- und Colorboards sowie der Merchandisingsheets mit
• Du erstellst technische und detailbezogene Beschreibungen und stellst die Dateneingabe in das Product Lifecycle Management System (PIM) sicher
• Du unterstützt während Fotoshootings und nimmst an Catwalks und der DRKYORN Kollektionsübergabe teil
• Du bist für die Zusammenstellung der Verkaufsunterlagen für den Sales Bereich zuständig. Zudem erstellst du alle kollektionsbegleitenden Unterlagen und stellst den Versand an die Lieferunternehmen und Agenturen sicher

Als PRAKTIKANT in der TECHNISCHEN KOLLEKTIONSENTWICKLUNG (w/m/d) begleitest du die Technischen Kollektionsentwickler*innen während des kompletten Produktionsprozesses der DRYKORN Kollektion. Von der Produktionsentwicklung bis hin zum letzten Fitting bevor die DRYKORN Produkte an unsere Kunden gehen. Es dreht sich dabei alles um unsere DRYKORN Kollektion - von der Hosen, über Hemden, Jacken, Kleider bis hin zu Röcken.

• Du begleitest die technischen Kollektionsentwickler*innen während des kompletten Produktionsprozesses der DRYKORN Kollektion und unterstützt Sie bei allen Schritten
• Du übernimmst die Überprüfung von Muster- und Produktionsteilen auf Verarbeitung, Maßhaltigkeit und Passform
• Du bist für das Kommentieren der DRYKORN Musterteile zuständig und dokumentierst hierbei alle Schritte
• Du stehst im engen Austausch mit unseren Produzenten
• Du bist für die Organisation der Fittings verantwortlich
• Zudem lassen wir Dir Raum für Deine eigenen Projekte, Ideen und Aufgabenwünsche

• Du für Mode und Textiltechnologie brennst

Täglich arbeiten wir mit viel Passion und Know-How an neuen Kollektionen. Durch die Arbeit mit außergewöhnlichen Charakteren und Talenten hat DRYKORN eine eigene Definition von Beautiful kreiert. Die DRYKORN Definition von Beautiful soll fernab von Oberflächlichkeiten und Ausgrenzungen sein. Es steht für echte Menschen mit Ecken und Kanten, mit Träumen und einer Leidenschaft für das, was diese als schön empfinden.

Als PRAKTIKANT in der TECHNISCHEN KOLLEKTIONSENTWICKLUNG (w/m/d) begleitest du die Technischen Kollektionsentwickler*innen während des kompletten Produktionsprozesses der DRYKORN Kollektion. Von der Produktionsentwicklung bis hin zum letzten Fitting bevor die DRYKORN Produkte an unsere Kunden gehen. Es dreht sich dabei alles um unsere DRYKORN Kollektion - von der Hosen, über Hemden, Jacken, Kleider bis hin zu Röcken.

• Du wirkst in sämtlichen Bereichen des E-Commerce mit
• Du bist mitverantwortlich für eine effektive Produktpräsentation im Shop und übernimmst weitere Aufgaben aus dem laufenden Tagesgeschäft<o:p></o:p>
• Du unterstützt das Content-Team bei der Erstellung und Verwaltung von Inhalten für den Online Shop<o:p></o:p>
• Du bist in die Erstellung, Gestaltung und Durchführung von E-Mail-Marketing-Kampagnen bis hin zur Weiterentwicklung der Kampagnen-Automatisierung involviert <o:p></o:p>
• Zudem lassen wir immer Raum für Deine eigenen Projekte, Ideen und Aufgabenwünsche

The Job is beautiful for you, if…

• Du Student:in im Bereich E-Commerce, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Kommunikationswissenschaften bist oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung und konntest im Idealfall schon erste Erfahrung im Bereich Fashion sammeln
• Du für Mode und Tech brennst - siehst die Themen als sinnvolle Ergänzung und hast Lust unseren Web-Auftritt noch besser zu machen
• Zu Deinen Stärken ausgeprägte analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten zählen
• Du im Umgang mit MS Office - insbesondere Excel - sicher bist
• Eine sichere Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch für Dich kein Problem ist
• Du Lust hast von einem hoch motivierten Team zu lernen und Dich aktiv einzubringen
