Assistant Design/Product Management Jersey (M/F/D)

As an Assistant in Design/Product Management (m/f/d) for for the Jersey womenswear division, you develop creative concepts, identify trends and give each collection the distinctive DRYKORN style. Your signature is evident in the sketches, material selection and your active contribution to collaborating with a team that shares your passion for innovation and style.
Do something beautiful every day
- Together with our Product Manager team, you will visit trade fairs, research trends and search for suitable fabrics in collaboration with fabric and finished part producers (always considering price, minimum order quantities, production lead times, and availability)
- You play a key role in the development of styles in the Jersey product group by supporting the designer and actively participating in the creation process
- You create technical drawings using Illustrator and bring product visions to life
- You evaluate the past season and analyze our sales figures to gain valuable insights
- You enter all collection-relevant data into the PLM system and manage the data maintenance
- You support the commissioning, commenting and coordination of prototypes and sample pieces and check them for fit and quality
- You will work closely with our technical department (during development and for production releases) and supervise the fittings

- You have successfully completed training or a degree in the textile field and have a passion for fashion and quality
- You have already gained initial professional experience in jersey design

As a Technical Collection Developer - Denim (m/f/d) you will oversee the entire production process of DRYKORN Denim products, from technical consulting during production development to the final fitting before DRYKORN Denim products are delivered to our customers. It’s all about denim—ranging from trousers to shirts, jackets, dresses, and skirts.

- You will provide technical consulting to product managers during the creative product development process and act as the liaison between purchasing and product management
- You will be the primary contact for our producers and work closely with them
- You create technical drawings using Illustrator and bring product visions to life
- You will create the technical model descriptions for our producers
- You will develop washing processes for DRYKORN Denim products in collaboration with external service providers and product managers, and coordinate these with our producers
- You will review and comment on DRYKORN Denim products during all sampling and production phases regarding workmanship, fit, and measurements
- Along with product managers and model makers, you will be responsible for the final fitting of DRYKORN Denim products before they are delivered to our customers
- You will monitor adherence to delivery deadlines by our producers
- You will evaluate and document complaints to continuously improve DRYKORN Denim products

- You have successfully completed your training in apparel technology and have a passion for fashion and quality
- You have already gained several years of professional experience in this or a similar position
- You are enthusiastic about denim and are familiar with denim fabrics, processing techniques, and the corresponding washing processes
- You are not unfamiliar with production preparation and technical collection development
- You have practical experience with pattern making and pattern-making software (e.g., CAD “Assyst”) and a PDM/PLM system is an advantage
- You are solution-oriented and work independently

Täglich arbeiten wir mit viel Passion und Know-How an neuen Kollektionen. Durch die Arbeit mit außergewöhnlichen Charakteren und Talenten hat DRYKORN eine eigene Definition von Beautiful kreiert. Die DRYKORN Definition von Beautiful soll fernab von Oberflächlichkeiten und Ausgrenzungen sein. Es steht für echte Menschen mit Ecken und Kanten, mit Träumen und einer Leidenschaft für das, was diese als schön empfinden.
Als PRAKTIKANT in der TECHNISCHEN KOLLEKTIONSENTWICKLUNG (w/m/d) begleitest du die Technischen Kollektionsentwickler*innen während des kompletten Produktionsprozesses der DRYKORN Kollektion. Von der Produktionsentwicklung bis hin zum letzten Fitting bevor die DRYKORN Produkte an unsere Kunden gehen. Es dreht sich dabei alles um unsere DRYKORN Kollektion - von der Hosen, über Hemden, Jacken, Kleider bis hin zu Röcken.
Do something beautiful every day
- Du begleitest die technischen Kollektionsentwickler*innen während des kompletten Produktionsprozesses der DRYKORN Kollektion und unterstützt Sie bei allen Schritten
- Du übernimmst die Überprüfung von Muster- und Produktionsteilen auf Verarbeitung, Maßhaltigkeit und Passform
- Du bist für das Kommentieren der DRYKORN Musterteile zuständig und dokumentierst hierbei alle Schritte
- Du stehst im engen Austausch mit unseren Produzenten
- Du bist für die Organisation der Fittings verantwortlich
- Zudem lassen wir Dir Raum für Deine eigenen Projekte, Ideen und Aufgabenwünsche
The Job is beautiful for you, if…
- Du gerade ein Studium im Bereich Textil- und Bekleidungstechnologie oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang absolvierst und auf der Suche nach einem Pflichtpraktikum bist oder gerne ein freiwilliges Praktikum (bis zu 3 Monate) absolvieren möchtest
- Du für Mode und Textiltechnologie brennst
- Deine analytische, sorgfältige, eigenständige und verantwortungsbewusste Art dich auszeichnen
- Du mit MS Office sowie Adobe Illustrator vertraut bist
- Du sicher in Englisch kommunizieren kannst, da du in regelmäßigem Kontakt mit unseren internationalen Lieferanten stehst
- Du Lust hast von einem hoch motivierten Team zu lernen und Dich aktiv einzubringen

- Du wirkst in sämtlichen Bereichen des E-Commerce mit
- Du bist mitverantwortlich für eine effektive Produktpräsentation im Shop und übernimmst weitere Aufgaben aus dem laufenden Tagesgeschäft<o:p></o:p>
- Du unterstützt das Content-Team bei der Erstellung und Verwaltung von Inhalten für den Online Shop<o:p></o:p>
- Du bist in die Erstellung, Gestaltung und Durchführung von E-Mail-Marketing-Kampagnen bis hin zur Weiterentwicklung der Kampagnen-Automatisierung involviert <o:p></o:p>
- Zudem lassen wir immer Raum für Deine eigenen Projekte, Ideen und Aufgabenwünsche

- Du Student:in im Bereich E-Commerce, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Kommunikationswissenschaften bist oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung und konntest im Idealfall schon erste Erfahrung im Bereich Fashion sammeln
- Du für Mode und Tech brennst - siehst die Themen als sinnvolle Ergänzung und hast Lust unseren Web-Auftritt noch besser zu machen
- Zu Deinen Stärken ausgeprägte analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten zählen
- Du im Umgang mit MS Office - insbesondere Excel - sicher bist
- Eine sichere Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch für Dich kein Problem ist

- Du unterstützt bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Fotoproduktionen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Prozesse sicherzustellen
- Du wirkst bei der Erstellung grafischer Inhalte und der Retusche von Freistellern mit<o:p></o:p>
- Du bereitest Samples für unsere Bildproduktionen vor<o:p></o:p>
- Du trägst zur Kreativkonzeption und Organisation von Brand-Shootings in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Creative Team bei
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung weiterer Inhalte und pflegst die Produktinformationen in unserem Onlineshop <o:p></o:p>

- Du Student:in im Bereich Kommunikationsdesign, Grafik, Marketing, Medien oder ähnlichen Studiengängen eingeschrieben bist
- Du erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Grafik, Content-Produktion oder Styling gesammelt hast
- Du erste Kenntnisse im Umgang mit der Adobe Creative Cloud hast
- Zu Deinen Stärken ausgeprägte kreative, kommunikative und organisatorische Fähigkeiten zählen
- Du im Umgang mit MS Office - insbesondere Excel - sicher bist
