We deliver to the following countries:
Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, the Czech Republic, Croatia, Finland, France, Monaco, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania and Spain. 
Shipping costs depend on your delivery country and the order total: 

  • Germany: the cost for standard delivery are 4.90 €. Free shipping on orders above 250 €. Returns are always free. 

  • Netherlands, Austria: the cost for standard delivery are 5.90 €. Free shipping on orders above 300 €. Returns are always free. 

  • Switzerland, France, Luxemburg, Denmark, Monaco, Belgium: the cost for standard delivery are 6.90 €. Free shipping on orders above 300 €. Cost of returns have to be paid by customer. 
    Additional fees in Switzerland for customs and import must be paid by the customer.

  • Others: the cost for standard delivery are 9.90 €. Free shipping on orders above 300 €. Cost of returns have to be paid by customer. 
Yes. During the checkout process, you have the option of entering a different shipping address. Please note that this could negatively affect the possibility to use Klarna as a payment method. 
You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your package leaves our warehouse. The shipping confirmation has a tracking number, which you can use to track the shipment. 
Yes. If you have a customer account, you can see the current status of your order, delivery and payment status. You will also get shipping confirmations via email, including a tracking number.
This depends on the shipping destination. Within Germany we alway use DHL. In all other countries we use DHL Express. 
Orders on business days till 1 pm, are shipped on the same day. It usually DHL takes 1-3 business days till the package is at your doorstep. 
There may be additional fees in Switzerland for customs and import, these must be paid by the customer.

RETURNS

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days. Only underwear (CORBIN and CLIND) are excluded from return or exchange. Returns from the following countries are free: Germany, Austria, Netherlands. Please only use the included return form and parcel label to return your order.
As soon as the return is accepted, the purchase price will be credited to the payment method you used to pay for your order.

Yes, that is possible. Please use the return form in your parcel to let us know which product you’d like to exchange. After checking our inventory well send the desired product to you. Underwear (CORBIN and CLIND) is excluded from exchange.
That depends on your shipping country. DRYKORN takes care of the return costs to Germany, Netherlands and Austria if you use the designated return slip in your package. Returns form other countries are to be paid by the customer.
